One of the Reasons Why Many Political Analyst Think President Biya is a "CROOK"

The establishment of the constitutional council on the 7th of February, 2018, caused many Cameroonian political analyst to ask the question “WHY NOW???”.

It should be noted that this constitutional council aught to have been created a very long time ago (i.e since 1972) as stipulated by the June 1972 constitution ( law No 96/06 of the 1996 constitution; which is a revision of the 1972 constitution).

President Biya,s decision to create the constitutional council at this moment ( when he is about to leave office) clearly suggest that he is a “crook politician” and the “chief law breaker” of Cameroon.


It should be noted that in 2011 president Biya,s term of office was supposed to come to an end as stipulated by the constitution of Cameroon…but president Biya passed a constitutional bill for the 2 term limit to be changed for him to extend his 25yrs rule over Cameroon hence the reason why he has been ruling Cameroon for 35 yrs now (more than 3 decades).

If the constitutional council was already operational before 2011, such a selfish bill would have been revoked by the constitutional council… but since there was no constitutional council then, the bill was quickly adopted by the parliament.

Since the activities/functions of the constitutional council is no longer a stumbling block (a hindrance) to president Biya,s Administration, he has deem it necessary for the legislative organ to be established. #CROOK POLITICIAN!

President Paul Biya is a good example of a “SHITHOLE” president hence the reason why Cameroon is a “SHITHOLE” nation.
